MBA Candidate — Project Management & AI · Northern Kentucky University
AI doesn’t replace field judgment. It removes the paperwork friction that keeps superintendents out of the field.

Site photos → owner-ready reports
I built My Reports on the Claude API to turn site photos and voice notes into structured progress reports. The Morehead case study shows the field context behind this reporting workflow.

Plan review and concrete quantity takeoffs
This workflow uses a PDF plan set and a defined concrete scope to draft a takeoff for comparison with manual calculations. Footings, slabs, walls and pool shells are examples of the scope being reviewed.

Submittal tracking and shop drawing review
A superintendent manages dozens of active submittals — materials, shop drawings, product data. I use Claude to organize submittal packages, identify missing items, and draft transmittal summaries. Keeps the review log moving without losing track of what's sitting with the engineer or architect.

A superintendent's field toolkit, in development
ForemanOS is a separate private-source project I'm building for superintendent field work, including reporting, scheduling and document workflows. Contact me to discuss its development and field context.
